About Dylan Littlejohn

When you choose Littlejohn Law Office, be assured that your case will be handled with the utmost respect, confidentiality, and professionalism. We provide skilled and experienced representation in almost any criminal case and many civil cases.

In the legal field, I’m what’s known as a solo practitioner, meaning that I work for myself, without the high overhead, increased fees, or conflict of interest issues that can arise with larger law firms. No matter the size or scope of your case, it will always be handled by me, Dylan Littlejohn, not a paralegal, associate, or assistant, ensuring that you receive the personal attention you deserve. I take pride in responding to calls and e-mails personally, responding to your questions in terms you can understand, not confusing legalese, and acting as your advocate to make sure you, your property and your loved ones are protected.

I grew up in a small town in northwest Georgia called LaFayette (pronounced La-FET, by the way), into a middle-class family that had to work hard for everything we had. My mom was a legal secretary for more than 10 years for small solo practitioners, and my dad was a union Boilermaker.

That early appreciation for the law eventually led me to Atlanta, where I received my degree in economics, cum laude, from Georgia State University. I started honing my expertise in criminal law at John Marshall Law School, and I was thrilled to win the Aspen Book Award, which is given to the top student in criminal law. After graduating law school in 2006, I joined the Atlanta-based firm of Levenson & Associates. For over five years with the company, I worked on cases from beginning to end, in many areas of the law including those in which I practice now.

In founding Littlejohn Law Office, I combined my personal passion and professional expertise in working closely with individuals and small businesses to help resolve their legal issues. I take pride in knowing I can make a real difference in someone’s life by providing relief and resolution in what can be complex, difficult life dilemmas.

In addition, I currently serve as co-chair of the Disaster Relief Committee for the Georgia State Bar. When there’s a federally declared state of emergency, such as a natural disaster, in Georgia, our organization facilitates free legal advice for individuals and families who are victims of the disaster. This service has helped numerous families and individuals throughout Georgia in need during crisis, such as the tornadoes that ripped through the state in 2011.
